Right of Withdrawal

As provided by Italian law, you can return your product within 14 days from the date you received the last shipment related to your order (please carefully read the Terms of Sale). You can use:

PAPER WITHDRAWAL FORM

Fill in the Withdrawal Form completely and send it to G. Visenzi Motomarket S.r.l. via:

  • registered letter with return receipt to the address indicated on the form;
  • email specified on the form.

Once we receive the Paper Withdrawal Form, our Customer Service will contact you within 24/48 hours with instructions on how to return the product.
The product must be returned within 14 days from the date of the communication.
Goods must be returned according to the procedures outlined in the terms of sale.

The “Right of Withdrawal” is subject to the following conditions:

  • It applies to the entire purchased product; it cannot be exercised on parts and/or accessories of the Product;
  • The essential condition is the substantial integrity of the item. The Product must be handled with normal care and returned intact, complete in all its parts, free from signs of wear or dirt, and must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged;
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure or clearly personalized (e.g., custom clothing requested by the customer) or goods that cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • The Product must be returned in its original packaging complete in all parts (including the identification tag, which must still be attached with the single-use seal—it is an integral part of the product);

Refund Procedure

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

The refund will be made by reversing the transaction (if payment was made by credit card or PayPal) or by bank transfer (if payment was made via cash on delivery).
In the latter case, you must promptly provide in writing (e.g., in the same withdrawal communication) the bank details (IBAN and account holder name) for the refund.
If the person receiving the products differs from the person who made the payment, the refund will in any case be made to the person who made the payment.

Once your return has been received, we will send the replacement product at no additional cost (if available).

Steps for correctly returning the product:

  • carefully package the product with all accessories and instruction manuals;
  • include your refund details inside the package;
  • clearly write the following address on the outside of the package:

Note: Home pickup
If you wish, we can arrange a courier pickup. In this case, €15.00 will be deducted from the refund for shipping costs (€30.00 for pickups outside of Italy).

To collect the package, the courier will need a shipping label that will be emailed to you.

It is important to provide this label to the courier; otherwise, standard shipping charges will apply.

Once the integrity of the product has been verified, Visenzi Motomarket will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.

A necessary condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the total integrity of the product and its packaging.
