RETURN POLICY – A COMPLETELY SAFE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE
G.Visenzi Motomarket offers you the possibility to exchange the items you’ve purchased, safely and in complete tranquility.
All the items could be exchanged for another one, a similar or completely different, of equal or superior amount.
If you don’t find anything that might satisfy your demand/ needs, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 10(ten) days from the shipping date.
The reasons to exercise the right of withdrawal can be managed as follows:
1. FREE RETURNS ( shipping costs at our charge )
• The delivered product is not compliant to the order.
• The delivered product is faulty.
2. Return the purchased item(s) with shipping costs charged to the Customer.
• The exchange is requested for a different size or color.
• The item has been purchased wrongly.
• The item doesn’t satisfy my neeeds , I would like to replace it with another one.
If the delivered product has been returned for one of the reasons listed at point 1( FREE RETURNS) it will be our care to send you our courier (UPS) to pick up the product(s) to be replaced, at our charge
If the article is not a Free Return, you can still take advantage of our services of PRODUCT EXCHANGE. In this case we will forward the withdrawal request to our courier and the shipping costs will be charged to you .(10 euros)
If you already have your own courier you can exercise your withdrawal right in an autonomous way.
You can send us by email or fax your REPLACEMENT PRODUCT REQUEST, indicating as follows:
• the item that is to be replaced
• the item you wish to receive in exchange.
• Your personal data (name, surname, address)
• The reason why you ask for a replacement.
• Any photos of the faulty items ( if you have them )
The courier will pick up the parcel to the address you indicated in your withdrawal request.
As soon as we’ll receive the parcel at our warehouse, we’ll check the integrity of the item and we’ll send the new one within 3(three) working days.
